Application Guidelines

All first-year and transfer applicants must submit a portfolio to the School of Architecture at the time of application. Please refer to the School of Architecture website for instructions.

Transfer applicants should note that placement level and the number of semesters needed to complete the studio sequence are dependent on skill level, not unit count.

Transfer applicants are required to submit one to three letters of recommendation. Letters can be submitted using the Instructor Evaluation form found in the Common Application.

The five-year Bachelor of Architecture program is a professional degree accredited by the National Architecture Accrediting Board (NAAB).
