Residential Life
Living in USC Housing puts campus resources at your doorstep and offers you the chance to make friendships that can last a lifetime.
While most of our on-campus housing is reserved for incoming first-year students, transfer students can choose from nearly 30 buildings located on and around the university’s main campus. Living arrangements and floor plans vary, but most offer greater independence along with easy access to campus.
Housing for Spring Transfer Students
